We’re open Monday, Wednesday through Sunday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. We are closed on Tuesdays for clinic maintenance. For emergency cases during our operating hours, please call +60-3-5145 8989 immediately. After hours, please contact a 24-hour emergency veterinary facility.

Payment is due at time of consultation. For major procedures, payment plans are available—discuss with our staff. Unpaid accounts may be referred to a collection agency.

Our lead veterinarian, Dr. Asma Fariha, is MVC Registration #3362 with specialized training from Universiti Putra Malaysia and international expertise from EAVSI (Shanghai, China).
No – done properly, it’s quick and your pet shouldn’t feel any discomfort. We keep handling calm and go at your pet’s pace.
It’s possible, but cutting too close to the quick can cause pain and bleeding. We’re happy to show you the safe technique in person – just book a session.
That varies by species and lifestyle – some pets wear nails down naturally, others need regular help. We’ll advise on the right interval for your animal after the first visit.
