Grooming & Boarding

Need grooming with vet-level oversight, or safe boarding for a medicated pet? We cover both.

What Happens When Grooming or Boarding Is Left to Chance?

!

Untrimmed nails, dirty ears, or an unwashed coat aren't just cosmetic, they can lead to infection, pain, and gait problems if left unmanaged.

!

Standard boarding facilities aren't equipped to manage a pet on ongoing medication, which leaves owners choosing between travel and their pet's treatment.

!

DIY ear cleaning or home grooming, done incorrectly, can worsen an existing infection or push debris further into the ear canal.

Yes. All our veterinarians are:

  • Registered with the Malaysia Veterinary Council (MVC)
  • Specially trained in exotic animal medicine
  • Educated at premier veterinary institutions
  • Holders of advanced certifications and degrees
  • Committed to continuous professional development

Our lead veterinarian, Dr. Asma Fariha, is MVC Registration #3362 with specialized training from Universiti Putra Malaysia and international expertise from EAVSI (Shanghai, China).

We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly around peak travel periods, since space is limited and medicated boarding requires care planning in advance.

Home cleaning done incorrectly can push debris further into the canal or worsen an existing infection, especially if there’s already inflammation present. A vet-supervised clean is safer, particularly for pets with a history of ear issues.

Yes, that’s exactly what our medicated boarding is built for. Our clinical team administers prescribed medication and monitors your pet throughout their stay, which standard boarding facilities usually aren’t equipped to do.

We trim nails and claws for small animals, exotic pets, and birds, using handling techniques appropriate to each species to keep the process low-stress.

Standard boarding covers species-appropriate housing, feeding, and daily health monitoring. Medicated boarding includes all of that plus scheduled medication administration and closer clinical oversight for pets under treatment.
