We’re open Monday, Wednesday through Sunday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. We are closed on Tuesdays for clinic maintenance. For emergency cases during our operating hours, please call +60-3-5145 8989 immediately. After hours, please contact a 24-hour emergency veterinary facility.

Our lead veterinarian, Dr. Asma Fariha, is MVC Registration #3362 with specialized training from Universiti Putra Malaysia and international expertise from EAVSI (Shanghai, China).
Some do, for some species – but not all products marketed as dental have meaningful evidence behind them, and some aren’t appropriate for certain animals. We match chew and additive recommendations to species and what your pet will realistically use, rather than recommending broadly.
Daily is the goal for most pets where brushing is feasible, though any consistent routine is better than none. What’s realistic depends on your pet’s tolerance and your schedule – we’d rather help you build something sustainable than recommend an ideal that falls apart in a week.
Not always – suitability varies by species and individual health status, and what’s appropriate for a dog isn’t automatically safe for a rabbit or reptile. We advise on specific products rather than giving a blanket yes across all animals.
