We’re open Monday, Wednesday through Sunday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. We are closed on Tuesdays for clinic maintenance. For emergency cases during our operating hours, please call +60-3-5145 8989 immediately. After hours, please contact a 24-hour emergency veterinary facility.

We recommend booking in advance for better appointment availability. For emergency cases, call immediately—we’ll fit you in based on urgency.

Payment is due at time of consultation. For major procedures, payment plans are available—discuss with our staff. Unpaid accounts may be referred to a collection agency.

- Educated at premier veterinary institutions

Our lead veterinarian, Dr. Asma Fariha, is MVC Registration #3362 with specialized training from Universiti Putra Malaysia and international expertise from EAVSI (Shanghai, China).
