What to do in an emergency
In rabbits and bearded dragons, a loss of appetite can become serious quickly.
Fewer or no droppings may be a sign the gut has slowed or is blocked.
Straining with little or no urine can be a blockage that needs urgent care.
Fast or open-mouth breathing while resting is a warning sign in cats.
A wet, soiled rear end often means diarrhoea, which can dehydrate small pets quickly.
A bird that stays fluffed up and sleepy may be hiding illness.
Frequent sneezing or nasal discharge may point to a respiratory problem.
Tremors in reptiles are often linked to diet, calcium or habitat setup.
A swollen abdomen in a cat has several possible causes and needs an examination.
A cough that persists, or comes with breathing effort, should be checked early.
Come in straight away. If we are closed, go to a 24-hour veterinary hospital.

I am very grateful for the excellent care my parrot received at this exotic veterinary clinic. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The veterinarian was highly knowledgeable about birds and handled my parrot with great care and patience. They took the time to explain everything clearly and provided helpful advice on my parrot's health and ongoing care. It was reassuring to see how experienced they were with exotic pets, and I felt confident that my parrot was receiving the best possible treatment. The only problem is that they don't operates 24 hours a day, it would be much better if they were open 24 hours.Posted on Google![]()

Terima kasih.....🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏Posted on Google![]()

Had a great experience at Exocare Veterinary Medical Centre. The staff and veterinarians are very friendly, helpful, and genuinely care about the animals. Service was fast and efficient, and the consultation fees and treatments were reasonably priced. What impressed me the most was their excellent after-service support. They were responsive to follow-up questions and provided clear guidance on post-treatment care. The doctors are highly professional, especially when it comes to avian medicine. It's not easy to find a vet with strong knowledge and experience in bird healthcare, so it's reassuring to know my birds are in good hands. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality veterinary care for exotic pets and birds!Posted on Google![]()
