We’re open Monday, Wednesday through Sunday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. We are closed on Tuesdays for clinic maintenance. For emergency cases during our operating hours, please call +60-3-5145 8989 immediately. After hours, please contact a 24-hour emergency veterinary facility.

Our lead veterinarian, Dr. Asma Fariha, is MVC Registration #3362 with specialized training from Universiti Putra Malaysia and international expertise from EAVSI (Shanghai, China).
It uses a very fine needle comparable to an injection and most pets tolerate it without sedation.
Many samples are examined in-house with initial findings the same visit; some cases need further assessment, which we’ll explain upfront.
Not always, some results indicate a biopsy is needed for confirmation. We’ll tell you clearly what the sample can and can’t conclude.
It identifies whether yeast, bacteria, or mites are driving it, so treatment targets the actual cause rather than cycling through products.
